Fluid like water

sacred Apu

Dear ones,

Many people are hurting and suffering around the world. My heart goes out to each and every one of you in solidarity and unity. As difficult and heartbreaking as it is, this crisis is a wake up call that is shaking us on so many levels. We have the opportunity to shed, to release what no longer serves us, to grow in awareness, to stay open rather than contract, to utilize our gifts and to discover our humble place in the web of life.

I am praying for us all in these times of great change, transformation, and purification. When I sit in stillness, meditation and prayer— I can hear the call to surrender our illusion of control, to experience unity in spite of our illusion of independence and separateness, to sit quietly with our fears and plunge into the waters of the unknown as a collective. And let the waves wash over us.

BE FLUID LIKE WATER

When we regard and treat nature as teacher, we are able to open to her wisdom in all her manifestations. Can you feel the immensity of the ocean? The ocean came to me during several reiki sessions last week. It was soothing to sense her presence and be reminded of our ability to flow and adapt to life, the way water does so gracefully. To feel her ebb and flow. To experience the cleansing power of her waves. To completely immerse ourselves in her waters.  And to trust the mystery of it all.

We are water, remembering our own nature.

In a world that prides itself in its yang, masculine, go-go-go activity—the call to pause, to reflect, and retreat—to keep everyone safe—can feel like death. And in some ways it is death—the death of old ways.  The rebirth of the realm of the feminine is upon us.

HEAL OUR DISCONNECT

It seems as though we have forgotten how to connect to the deepest part of ourselves, to each other, and to the magical earth where we belong.

There is a beautiful spiritual principle from the Andes called ‘Ayni’ and it refers to the state of reciprocity that allows us to exist in a balanced, dynamic relationship to all beings, seen and unseen. It entails not taking too much, just enough, and expressing gratitude for it.  Ayni invites us to care of each other and give back to Mother Earth—who has been neglected, abused, and desacralized for so long.

FEED THE EARTH-EARTH KEEPERS

Feeding the earth is about seeing her not as an inexhaustible nexus of resources but as a conscious being that supports our evolution and blesses us every day with her generosity. Gracias, Pachamama!

Our strength is in our connection with Her. We grow stronger as we slow down, nourish our roots, and connect our hearts with hers. We grow stronger when we allow ourselves to feel and experience the interconnectedness of all life.

FREE DESPACHO

As part of our collective healing and awakening, from the depths of the Q’ero tradition, I will be performing a Rainbow Despacho (offering) for planetary healing. You are all invited to join me in prayer or meditation and open your heart to tune in and receive this healing energy. If you are on a different time zone, you can still be part of it and set your intention the night before.

Would you like to be included in this ritual? Send me an email with your name and intention if you’d like to participate.

FREE REIKI EVERY NIGHT

Please join my reiki circle gathering for planetary healing at 10-10:30 pm EST, every night. All you have to do is lie down in bed, relax, light a candle if you like and open your heart to receive and dwell in this stream of love that is your true nature. This energy is soothing for our body, mind, heart and spirit. And for Mother Earth!

“If what I say resonates with you, it is merely because we are both branches of the same tree.” ~ W. B. Yeats

Beautiful ones, may we be the calm in the eye of the storm. May we feel rooted, connected, courageous as we stand on the shoulders of our ancestors. May we listen, deeply, with our hearts to what wants to be born—and from this space—align our actions with our deepest intentions.

With so much love,

Marjory @sacredflow

The heart of feminine space–the spell of the sensuous bedroom

Flow. Lotus born.

lotus spirituality

“The lotus flower blooms most beautifully from the deepest and thickest mud.”    Buddhist proverb Ever since the French philosopher René Descartes delcared “I think therefore I am,” the dualistic split between body and mind was affirmed, and the superiority of mind declared supreme. No wonder we have also come to despise darkness and glorify…

Feel this seed burst open into galaxies of love. You are here to risk your heart

Goddess Kali. Fierce Feminine archetype

Death is part of life, and yet, it is the ultimate OTHER. DEATH: Unfortunately, an ugly, unspoken word in our culture, still taboo in our glorification of only one aspect of manifestation, which really thrives in the embrace of both life and death kissing each other. There is no creation without dissolution; they are the yin and yang & the ebb and flow of life forming the natural rhythm of the world.

Winter Solstice and this blessed unrest

There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and there is only one of you in all time. This expression is unique, and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium; and be lost…There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction, a blessed unrest that keeps us marching and makes us more alive than the others. ~ Martha Graham

Open to receive this healing vision

It is Women’s History Month and I’m excited to share words from strong women who lived poetic lives. Some quotes reverberate like waves crushing against the shore of my consciousness, bringing new life to the surface, from the depths of being. I love mermaids and I love the depths from where they come from.

“I must be a mermaid…have no fear of depths and a great fear of shallow living” ~Anais Nin

Infused with Spirit, this kind Earth

So happy to have Infused with Spirit, this kind Earth be my first post in my Unleashing Flow Series! ..I once had a vision, the kind that melts your mind and opens the gates of your heart, wide..And it occurred to me that up until that moment I hadn’t realized something so primal, so imprinted in the memory of my cells. My feet long to walk on the body of the sacred earth and bless her as she breathes in and out, rapt in the beauty of our awakening.
