Sacred Flow healing sessions

By: Marjory Mejia

Hello beautiful ones,

It’s been a while since I have reached out to you. It’s been a time of intense change and deep healing in my life.

In the words of Rumi and in the spirit of resonance, I realize that “what you seek is seeking you.” Never linear, this dance is mysterious and magical and demands trust and the ability to befriend ‘not knowing’ with a courageous heart.

I have sat in stillness reflecting, digesting and letting go of 2019 and an entire decade. Overwhelming at times, I broke it down into pieces, each one delivering a precious lesson. Many feelings and emotions surfaced to be acknowledged and released. Some of the grief that shows up is my own, some is ancestral, and some belongs to the collective, all intertwined.

With so many illusions shattered, last year was a year of incredible loss, which demanded complete and utter surrender. I allowed loss to carve a space in my heart to hold more love. A love that is more grounded, expansive, and real.

Pain has a way of ushering us onto our authentic paths. The magic is in the transmutation of energy, I learned.

I have grown intimate with immense pain but also immense beauty.  In 2019, I got my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 certifications, became a Death Doula and got initiated into the Q’ero tradition as a Pampamisayoq—Andean Priestess and Medicine Woman. In a way, none of this ancestral wisdom is new as it has always lived latent in my heart waiting to express itself in more expansive ways, at the right time. And the right time is now.

I imagine I am not the only one here shedding old skins and feeling reborn. Hallelujah, I am coming home to myself. I am remembering to listen to the inklings of of my soul. However crazy and improbable they might seem; they are infused with sacred purpose and they thrust me into the fertile territory of the unknown, charting my own path with courage, curiosity and aliveness. I am remembering to follow the calling filled with the voice of my ancestors echoing in the deepest chambers of my heart and consciousness. I am remembering to reclaim my agency, vision and voice.

“Trust your heart,” I heard.

The mountains of my ancestors called my soul and I gave myself permission to delight in the freedom of following my heart to Cusco, Peru (twice this last year)—to feel the heartbeat of the earth our mother, to nourish my roots, and continue to cultivate my spiritual medicine for our community.

“You’ve been walking the ocean’s edge, holding up your robes to keep them dry. You must dive naked under, and deeper under, a thousand times deeper.” ~Rumi

I dove into the heart of my ancestral land, Cusco—the city where I was born. It is infused with sonqo (heart in Quechua), an energy that flows beautifully in the power places of that land, where nature, architecture and ritual allow us to connect deeply to all of life.

Back from this incredible journey to my ancestral land, it is my desire now to extend this healing energy to you. I am happy to announce I will be offering long distance healing sessions of connection, transformation, and healing for those who feel the call to work with me. They will be offered at a sliding scale. As always, my work is devoted to the expression of the sacred feminine to heal and restore balance.

I will be writing more about my new offerings soon. In the meantime, I would love to support your journey. Please let me know if you are interested in booking a session.

Thank you for walking together on this caminito sagrado. It is an honor and a privilege. In the words of Ram Dass, “we are all walking each other home.”

You can follow me on instagram at @sacredflow to see photos of Cusco!

The selfie above was taken in the sacred mountain of Winikunka in Cusco, a mountain infused with feminine energy and power. It is known as Rainbow Mountain. I carry this rainbow medicine in my heart, to share with all. With bright sonqo love,

Marjory
